Soccer star Christine Sinclair will headline the Canadian women's national soccer team for two upcoming friendly matches in Europe next month.

Canada will take on France on April 4 in Nice before travelling to Rotherham to face England on April 7.

"Once again going into this camp our focus will be on our performance as a team rather than the result," said head coach John Herdman.

It will be the first time the team will play France since Canada defeated the French to claim the bronze medal at the London Olympics last August.

Canada also recently lost to England 1-0 in the 2013 Cyprus Cup final.
