Canada rolled to a 6-0 win over Argentina in the opener of the FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup Monday in Kobe, Japan.

Adriana Leon scored three times against under-staff Argentina, which lost Agustina Barroso to a red card in the first six minutes of the game, while Shelina Zadorsky, Jaclyn Sawicki and Catherine Charron-Delage also scored. Sabrina D'Angelo recorded the shutout.

Leon is the third Canadian to score a hat trick in the tournament. Christine Sinclair did it in 2002 and Brittany Timko followed suit in 2004.

Canada will play Norway Thursday. The Norwegians lost 4-2 to North Korea in their first game.
