OTTAWA - In a season of firsts for Ottawa Fury FC, Sunday will be the team's biggest moment, as it hosts the famed New York Cosmos.

Fury FC played the NASL spring season at Carleton University's Keith Harris Stadium, which held just over 4,000 fans. On Sunday, Ottawa's pro soccer team will play in front of at least 13,151 fans at newly renovated TD Place and will break the NASL attendance record set in 2012 by the San Antonio Scorpions.

Sun sportswriter Chris Hofley will be updating our live blog starting as fans begin to arrive at 1 p.m. Kick off is 3 p.m.
