By SPORTS NETWORK

NEW YORK - FC Dallas midfielder Brek Shea was suspended three matches by Major League Soccer for "deliberately kicking the ball at an assistant referee."

Shea committed the offense in the 24th minute of a match against the Columbus Crew on May 12, and will miss the next three fixtures for Dallas, against the Philadelphia Union, Chicago Fire and Real Salt Lake.

Danso was suspended one fixture and fined an undisclosed amount for striking Houston Dynamo forward Calen Carr in the head during the 82nd minute of a game on May 15. He will miss Saturday's match against Chicago.
