U.S. skiing hero Bode Miller's wife has miscarried the couple's first child.
Volleyball champion Morgan Beck took to Twitter.com on Saturday to announce she is no longer pregnant.
"Pretty hard morning. We lost the baby. Pretty broken hearted, but getting through it," she wrote.
The two athletes married in October and announced the pregnancy in December, according to TMZ.com.
