If there’s ever a zombie apocalypse, stay out of Molly Schuyler’s way.

That was the advice of a Texas restaurant owner after watching the petite mother of four devour nine pounds of steak in under 15 minutes, shattering a record along the way.

“Molly had called about a year ago ... and we took it as a hoax,” Big Texan owner Danny Lee told Amarillo Globe-News. “She’s one of the daintiest, smallest ladies that I’ve seen try the 72-ounce steak.”

Two of them, actually.

Plus a baked potato, shrimp, salad and bread.

She finished her first 72-ounce steak dinner in under five minutes to set the mark.

The record was previously held by Joey Chestnut, a professional eater who is a mainstay at Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest, where he holds the record for most hot dogs consumed in under 15 minutes (69).

Schuyler had an hour to finish her second 72-ounce steak, but needed just 15 minutes to dispose of the slab of meat, which took up an entire dinner plate.

“Just be careful when you eat steak,” Schuyler told the Globe-News. “It’s a very chokeable food.”

Schuyler is the No. 1-ranked eater at All Pro Eating Promotions.

She put down 363 wings in 30 minutes at Wing Bowl 22 in January to claim a $22,000 purse.

All Pro Eating lists her as holding multiple records:

Beef Patties: Eight in 1 minute 46 seconds

Bratwurst: 40 2.9 ounce brats in eight minutes

Fried Mushrooms: Nine pounds in eight minutes
