It looks like the wrong team won the Texas 4A girls state soccer championship, according to one local police officer.

Video shows a Georgetown cop attempting to trip several students rushing onto the field to celebrate with their classmates after Austin Vandergrift defeated Wylie East 1-0 Saturday.

The officer is also seen shoving two teenage girls away from the group of people celebrating on the field.

Rohan Gupta captured the police officer’s tripping tirade on his phone, and said the police officer should have used better judgement.

“We’re high schoolers, nothing more than that. We’re just trying to have some fun after our team won,” Gupta told KXAN in Austin.

The Georgetown Police Department told KXAN that they are investigating the incident.
