The Toronto Blue Jays were the most searched Canadian sports team on Google in 2012.

The popular online search engine released its year-end look at the top-searched sports teams in the country on Wednesday.

The  Jays topped the list, followed by the Toronto Maple Leafs, Vancouver Canucks, and Montreal Canadiens.
