Olympic stars Rosie MacLennan and Adam van Koeverden were announced Thursday as the female and male athletes of the year at the Canadian Sport Awards in Ottawa.
MacLennan won a gold medal in trampoline at the 2012 Games in London while van Koeverden earned a silver in kayaking.
Gymnastics Canada board member Slava Corn received the Volunteer Achievement Award.
