Seavey becomes youngest ever to win Iditarod
By Sports Network

NOME, ALASKA - Dallas Seavey became the youngest person to win the Iditarod when he finished the 1,150-mile trek from Anchorage to Nome on Tuesday with a time of nine days, four hours and 29 minutes.

Seavey turned 25 years old while on the trail, and claimed the record previously held by Rick Swenson, who entered Nome, Alaska at the age of 26 in 1977.

Dallas earned his first Iditarod Championship, but he is not the first Seavey to earn the title. His father, Mitch, won the race in 2004.

After benching Brad Richards should the New York Rangers eventually just buy him out?
  Yes.
  Might be a good idea.
  No.
  Not sure.
