Sports fans in Philadelphia will be given the chance to loot the Spectrum on Saturday for everything it has – as long as they can carry it.

Comcast-Spectator is holding an “If You Can Carry It, You Can Keep It” event and any fan willing to risk the chance of injury will have an opportunity to grab whatever they want for the price of $25.

The Spectrum was once home to the Flyers and the 76ers from 1967 to 1996. Last year, the building was formally closed following a memorable four night concert hosted by Pearl Jam. The building is now being demolished to make way for a hotel in the city’s Philly Live compled.

According to a news release, items available will include “Spectrum folding chairs, used televisions, some office furniture, couches, computer equipment, and other collectibles.”

But there’s a catch. There will be no carts allowed and fans will not be allowed to re-enter.

“Items are first-come, first-served. Patrons will be allowed to take as much as they can carry (up to four chairs per person)”

The admission also includes a commemorative Spectrum crystal.
