Two-time Olympian Brigitte Acton has a busy schedule ahead of her, and it hasn't left any room for skiing.
Acton, who placed 17th in the slalom at the 2010 Olympics, is retiring from the Canadian Alpine Ski Team, it was announced Wednesday.
She plans to get married next month in Aspen, Colo., to fiancée Mike Smith, a Tampa Bay Lightning goaltender.
