Randy's thoughts

Showing plenty of confidence, Randy believes he would have never been nailed in a police sting investigation and been accused of illegal wagering like Janet Jones.

"If that was me, I would have never got caught," he exclaimed.

"Those guys (inside Rick Tocchet's alleged gambling ring) didn't know what they were doing."

New Jersey state police report Tocchet's ring - which allegedly included Jones - wagered $1.7 million US over a 40-day span this winter.

Randy believes there are several precautions bettors take to avoid creating a trail police could track.

"Plain and simple, use cash," he stated.

"Take a plane somewhere where (your bookie) is not from to meet your bookie.

"You just spent $50,000 on a game. I think you can afford $500 (airplane tickets) there and back.

"Or go to a diner five hours away."
