Five things to watch for at the Sochi Games on Saturday Feb. 15:

RUSSIA-U.S.

The biggest game yet of the Olympic hockey tournament is set for 7:30 a.m. (Eastern) when the Americans play the Russians. The pressure is on the host squad, and the game will be played against the backdrop of the shocking 1980 Miracle On Ice game, when an upstart U.S. squad beat a powerhouse Russian squad. With arguably the tournament's best goaltending and lots of scoring, the U.S. squad is a challenge.

WOMEN'S CURLING

The so-far-perfect Canadian women's curling team is back on the ice at 10 a.m. (Eastern) Saturday against Russia. It may not be as dramatic as a Russian-Canadian showdown in men's hockey, but the rink, skipped by Jennifer Jones, is 6-0 and lookinng to remain undefeated.

TEAM CANADA

Coach Mike Babcock giving the players a day off Saturday, so expect little news about the men's hockey team heading into Sunday's first real challenge of the tournament, a game against Finland. But Canadian fans can spend the day debating the goaltending choice: Carey Price, or Roberto Luongo?

SPEED SKATING LETDOWN

Canadians rightfully expecting some more medals in the men's 1,000-metre Saturday will be disappointed: star Charles Hamelin fell in his heat to end his medal build while Olivier Jean made a tactical error in his heat and failed to qualify for the final, too. No Canadians made the men's 1,000m final.

SKI JUMPING

The men's large hill individual competition starts at 12:30 p.m. (Eastern) Saturday with the finals set for an hour later. Three Canadians are competing: Matthew Rowley, Trevor Morrice and Mackenzie Boyd-Clowes.
