The goal is two medals.
One from the men, one from the women.
But with a team as strong as the one Canada’s sending to compete in ski-cross at the 2014 Olympic Games in Sochi, Russia, there’s every reason to believe there could be more.
“It’s a possibility, 100%,” said Dave Ellis, the ski-cross team’s athletic director. “Given the history of this team — we had three podiums for the test event last year, and we were first and second for the women and second for the men — it’s not unrealistic to go for multiple medals.”
The Canadian contingent will enter the Olympics with three men and three women in the world cup top-10.
