VANCOUVER — And everyone thinks women’s hockey is too much of a dynasty-driven sport?
Canadian women have competed in the short-track ladies’ 3,000-metre relay at seven Olympics now.
They’ve never missed the podium (though in Calgary, it was a demonstration sport when they took bronze).
Jessica Gregg, Kalyna Roberge, Marianne St-Gelais and Tania Vicent kept the streak alive Wednesday night with a silver medal at the Pacific Coliseum.
The Canadians’ only other short-track medal here had been courtesy of Marianne St-Gelais in the ladies 500-metres, which she collected on her birthday early in these Games.
