VANCOUVER — For the second game in a row, Canada's Kevin Martin scored five in one end and bombed a Scandinavian team at the Olympic curling venue.
Martin hit for five in the fourth end of a game in which Denmark's Ulrik Schmidt shook hands after the minimum sixth end had been played with the score 10-3.
The win left Edmonton's Martin with a 5-0 record in the round-robin. He'll meet defending world champion David Murdoch of Great Britain Saturday night.
Tonight Cheryl Bernard's Calgary rink will attempt to keep their undefeated streak intact also with a game against Denmark.
