Speed skating plagued by delays

Another day, another delay at the Richmond Olympic Oval.

In the midst of the men's speed skating competition Monday night, an ice-resurfacing machine snafu has again caused a significant delay.

A similar problem happened Sunday, interrupting the women's 3,000-metre event.
