Karen Cockburn (trampoline) - Won her third medal at third Games.
Alexandre Despatie (diving) - Earned silver in what has been an injury-played year.
Kyle Hamilton (rowing) - Stroke of gold-medal rowing eight.
Emilie Heymans (diving) - Her silver means she has won medals in three consecutive Olympics.
Carol Huynh (wrestling) - Canada's first gold medallist in Beijing.
Eric Lamaze (equestrian) - A gold medallist and Canada's only double medallist at these Games.
Ian Millar (equestrian) - Celebrated first medal in his ninth Olympics.
Priscilla Lopes-Schliep (hurdles) - Her surprise bronze was Canada's first track medal since '96.

The Canadian Olympic Committee plans to name the flag-bearer Sunday morning Beijing time.

There's a few good choices... Millar, Cockburn, Heymans, Lamaze, Despatie, Van Koeverdan(although he did the opening ceremony). There's plenty of deserving athletes, so you really can't go wrong.
