Chase for final spots comes down to Richmond

The Battle of Richmond is set.

In one final 400-lap race at Richmond International Raceway, the grid for the 2013 Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Championship will be established.

Let us look first at the top six drivers who can relax and have a good time Saturday night: Jimmie Johnson, in the No. 48 Chevrolet; Clint Bowyer, in the No. 15 Toyota; Kevin Harvick, in the No. 29 Chevrolet; Carl Edwards, in the No. 78 Ford; Kyle Busch in the No. 18 Toyota; and Matt Kenseth, in the No. 20 Toyota.

They have clinched spots in the 12-car Chase

Add Kasey Kahne, in the No. 5

Chevrolet, who has clinched at least one of the two wild-card spots on the basis on his two race wins and that leaves five spots up for grabs at Richmond.
