Greg Biffle finds himself in unfamiliar territory heading into Saturday night's Samsung Mobile 500 at Texas Motor Speedway.

The Vancouver, Wash., native is on top of the leader board in the No. 16 Roush Fenway Racing Ford after six NASCAR Sprint Cup races.

While Biffle has won championships in both the Camping World Trucks and Nationwide Series this could be the year he goes for the triple.

He has done it -- so far -- without a race win in Sprint Cup.

Biffle hopes he can break that streak at Texas, but isn't worried about it just yet.

"Any time is a good time to win a race," he said Friday. "Considering we are only six in this year and I am not too nervous about it yet. We get halfway through the season and we haven't won, then I will be."

Biffle said he's been in the game long enough to know he likely won't be in first place for the whole 36-race season.

"We know as a team and I know that we probably won't be at the top of the leader board the entire season," he said. "We are certainly enjoying it now and focusing on winning. It is important for us to win.

"That is what we care about really the most. Leading the points is good but we really care about winning. With winning, we will continue to lead the points so it is a double edged sword there."

Saturday's race goes at 7 p.m. EDT on FOX and 9:30 p.m. (Tape delayed) on TSN2.
