SIX NATIONS, Ont. -- An exhibition game was halted between two bitter rivals in the National Lacrosse League after a bench-clearing brawl erupted on Wednesday night.
The Toronto Rock trailed the Buffalo Bandits 5-4 when the game was cut short after the benches emptied with 5:02 left in the third quarter.
There were several fights throughout the exhibition leading up to the brawl. As a result, the officials called the game with the Bandits leading.
