With their training camp just four days away, the Edmonton Rush tweaked its lineup with a trade yesterday.
The National Lacrosse League team dealt forward Callum Crawford to the Colorado Mammoth for forward Ryan Powell.
Through 100 career NLL regular-season games, Powell has racked up 119 goals and 207 assists for 326 points along with 442 loose balls.
"Ryan will obviously play a significant role for us particularly as a set-up man with his excellent passing abilities," noted Rush GM/head coach Derek Keenan in a statement. "Ryan is also a big-game player as he showed during the Champion's Cup run with Portland two years ago."
The Rush open training Saturday at the Leduc Rec Centre.
