They won the Champion's Cup, so now they're going to Disney World.
The Calgary Roughnecks released their 2010 schedule yesterday and the highlight is a March 20 trip to Orlando.
It will be a rematch of the National Lacrosse League title game as the New York Titans have relocated to Florida.
"We get to take the golf clubs out and have a great weekend," said Riggers owner, president and GM Brad Banister. "It will be a nice break in the season."
The Riggers open the season at home against the Minnesota Swarm Jan. 10, the first of two home dates on Sunday afternoons.
On Valentine's Day, the Toronto Rock provide the opposition for an afternoon tilt at the Saddledome.
"We're not too happy with Sundays, but one game was scheduled during the men's hockey semifinals of the Olympics," Banister said.
"We thought we should get away from that night. If Team Canada would be playing, then nobody would be in attendance."
The Riggers have just one other East Division opponent at the Saddledome, as Calgarian Geoff Snider and the Philadelphia Wings visit March 6.
Calgary visits Toronto and Rochester April 2-3 for a tough Eastern swing. With the schedule set, Banister turns his attention toward the NLL entry draft, which take place Wednesday in Buffalo.
"It's a pretty strong draft this year and we want to get in on the action. We're picking 11th and we want to get down to sixth or seventh," Banister said.
The Riggers have also locked up transition player Jeff Shattler with the contract just waiting to be approved by the NLL.
