COMING IN

The Roughnecks ended a two-game skid with a 12-10 win over the New York Titans in the Big Apple two weeks ago, while the Philadelphia Wings spoiled a $1 ticket promo in Edmonton with a 14-9 victory over the Rush. Both teams were idle last weekend for the NLL all-star festivities.

HEAD-TO-HEAD

Veteran F Curt Malawsky was the hero as the Riggers scored a 10-9 overtime victory over the Rush in their home-opener Jan. 10 at the Dome. The Roughnecks own an 8-3 all-time record against their provincial rivals, including an impressive 5-1 mark at Rexall Place.

WHO'S HOT

CALGARY -- Sophomore lefty Dane Dobbie lit the lamp three times at Madison Square Garden, notching his fourth hat-trick in his past six games.

EDMONTON -- Slick lefty Andy Secore scored four times and added a pair of assists in his last outing.
