ROUGHNECKS AT COLORADO MAMMOTH, NOON, Ch. 30 (tape delay 1:30 p.m.)

- - -

COMING IN:

* CALGARY -- The 5-3 Roughnecks could be a bit rusty. They haven't played since Feb. 18, when they beat the Anaheim Storm 18-15 at the 'Dome

* COLORADO -- The Mammoth, first in the West at 6-3, beat the Anaheim Storm 13-12 March 4.

- - -

WHO'S HOT:

* CALGARY -- Captain Tracey Kelusky was all over the floor, scoring a goal and adding three assists in the West's 11-10 OT loss to the East in the all-star game at the 'Dome Feb. 26. Kelusky was named game MVP.

* COLORADO -- F Gary Gait, the NLL's all-time leading scorer, paced the Mammoth with three goals and four assists in a 13-12 win over Anaheim March 4.

- - -

WHO'S NOT:

* CALGARY -- It's been so long since they played last, who can remember.

* COLORADO -- F Gavin Prout scored only two points in the win over Anaheim, an off night for the talented righty.

- - -

SPECIAL TEAMS:

POWERPLAY -- Calgary 50.91% (1st); Colorado 40.85 (7th).

PENALTY KILL -- Calgary 59.72 (5th); Colorado 64.06 (1st)

NOTABLES:

Roughnecks F Chris Gill -- who was a healthy scratch in the win over Anaheim Feb. 18 -- will be back in the lineup, said Calgary head coach Chris Hall. The veteran southpaw, signed in the off-season as a free agent, has not lived up to expectations so far, scoring only four goals in seven games this season ... Former Roughneck F Ted Dowling was stellar in his return to the NLL Friday night, scoring five goals and one assists for the San Jose Stealth in a 13-12 OT loss to Arizona. Dowling retired after the Roughnecks championship win last May and Calgary traded his rights to San Jose in the off-season ... Calgary is 3-4 all-time vs. Colorado, most recently an 18-16 victory at the 'Dome

Feb. 4. The Roughnecks are 3-1 at the Pepsi Center, the only team in the NLL with a winning record in Denver ... Buffalo

F Mark Steenhuis was named the NLL's player of the week after scoring three goals and three assists -- including the game-winner -- in a 14-12 win over Toronto March 4.
