SUN THREE STARS: 1. Gary Rosyski, Stealth: picked up three goals in two assists and was a constant thorn in the side of Roughnecks defenders.

2. Jason Wulder, Roughnecks: played a gritty, gutsy game, and also picked up two markers and one assist.

3. Brad Dairon, Stealth: quietly picked up three assists and was a very valuable asset.

HIT OF THE GAME:

Roughnecks resident tough guy D Andy Ogilvie laid out Stealth F Curtis Hodgson with a big head-on hit as Hodgson was looking for the pass in front of Riggers goalie Curtis Palidwor.

SAVE OF THE GAME:

Left all alone in front of the net, Stealth F Scott Ranger used some tricky stick work but it couldn't fool G Curtis Palidwor, who stood tall and made the chest save.

HARDEST WORKER:

F Chris Gill started off really hot on offence and then settled down. However, he seen mixing it up and creating offence even without the ball.

FIGHT CARD:

After running over Stealth G Anthony Cosmo, Calgary's T Jesse Phillips was mauled by

D Darryl Gibson. Gibson dropped his gloves but wouldn't take his helmet off, which left Phillips spending the majority of the tussle just trying to get Gibson's helmet off.

WHAT IT MEANS:

The Roughnecks drop to 0-2 after winning the National Lacrosse League Championship a year ago. Meanwhile the visiting San Jose Stealth move to 1-0 on the season and will host the Riggers at home tonight
