While the regular NHL season is over for the Toronto Maple Leafs, the hockey hasn’t stopped.

According to Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment, 11 Maple Leafs will be playing in the IIHF World Hockey Championship in Bratislava and Kosice, Slovakia.

Leaf captain Dion Phaneuf, Luke Shenn and James Reimer will represent Canada, while Mike Komisarek, Mike Brown and prospect Jeff Gardiner will play for the U.S.

Other Leafs playing in the tournament include Mikhail Grabovski for Belarus, Nikolai Kulemin for Russia, Carl Gunnarson for Sweden and Korbinian Holzer and Marcel Mueller for Germany.

Grabovski was named team captain for Belarus while Dion Phaneuf will play as the alternate captain for Canada.

Leafs’ GM and President Brian Burke will also be part of the tournament, serving as part of the U.S. Men’s National Team Advisory Group. Toronto Marlies GM, David Nonis, will serve as Team Canada’s GM.

The event is set to take place April 29 – May 13.
