Former Sabre Barnaby arrested
By Sports Network

BUFFALO - Former Buffalo Sabres enforcer Matthew Barnaby has been arrested in a Buffalo suburb on what has been termed a domestic-violence incident.

The News reported Friday night that Barnaby was charged with criminal mischief, criminal trespass, harassment, criminal contempt and aggravated harassment in an incident that occurred just after 6 p.m. (et) in the town of Getzville.

The 38-year-old is currently a hockey analyst for ESPN. He was chosen by the Sabres in the fourth round of the 1992 draft, and played for Buffalo from 1993-99.

A police lieutenant in Amherst told WGR-AM earlier Friday evening that no physical violence was involved. Barnaby will be held in a local jail overnight before arraignment Saturday morning, according to both the station and the paper.

Would Seattle be a good city for the NHL to relocate to?
Yes, it'd be a great market.
  Maybe, who knows.
No, they should go to Quebec instead.
