Excerpts of communications between Tie and Leanne Domi:

(Editor's note: Most of the spelling and grammar used by TSN's newest hockey analyst has been left intact.)

- Tie to Leanne in an e-mail on Aug. 26, 2006:

"You got to be kidding me? I'm not threating you or pressuring you, I'm just telling you or you not going to like what you see, than be really upset and waste what's not there. If your going to listen to people and get a lawyer, your making a HUGE mistake ... Its going to really upset you and than I'm not going to as nice if you choose to go that way.

The kids will always be taking care of! You don't want the real reality trust me when I tell you Leanne ... The debt we have, you are on the hook for half ... I can't be as honest and open about it as I can. I really do care about you A LOT!!! So please trust me."

- Tie's business manager, Allen Fleishman, wrote to Leanne on Sept. 20, 2006, denying her request to pay for their housekeeper's car repairs:

"I cannot be involved with nothing now. Your lawyer made this something that I feel bad about. The money is not there that is going to spent on legal fees. I'm really scared for you and Tie, more importantly the kids. I'm your friend and love your family more than anyone. Sorry."
