NASHVILLE - Ondrej Pavelec was in no mood to see anything positive in the Jets 3-2 overtime loss to the Nashville Predators Thursday night.

The Jets goalie was angry after Craig Smith scored on a Dustin Byfgulien turnover with 17 seconds left in overtime to give the Predators the extra point.

Blake Wheeler scored a late third-period goal to send the game to overtime, which alllowed the Jets to pick up a road point, but Pavelec saw that as nothing to celebrate.

“We got the point and that’s a good thing but I don’t know what to say, it’s frustrating,” Pavelec said.
