Investment in Enstrom paying off
By KIRK PENTON, QMI Agency

WINNIPEG - Toby Enstrom got a big new contract in the off-season, and so far the Jets are getting their money’s worth from the defenceman.

Even before Dustin Byfuglien got hurt two games ago, Enstrom was logging significantly more ice time this season than last. The results have been mixed defensively, but they have been spectacular from an offensive point of view.

Enstrom already has a pair of three-point games after recording none last year, he leads the team with 11 points, and he is currently riding a six-game point streak that matches a career high.

Are you surprised Don Cherry backed Daniel Alfredsson's comments?
  Yes.
  No.
It's Don Cherry - who knows what he will say.
  Not sure.
