Likely to be sent back to junior after the weekend

WINNIPEG - If you see Mark Scheifele around town this weekend, you might want to say good-bye.

Because first thing Monday morning, after he plays his fifth game of the season for the Winnipeg Jets against the Islanders, Sunday night, the 19-year-old will likely be on a plane back to his junior team in Barrie, Ont..

All the signs are there. The decision’s been made.

Chances are it was made before training camp even began.
