The Detroit Red Wings' streak continues. So does the Vancouver Canucks' slump.

The Red Wings tied a team record last night with their ninth consecutive win, a 3-2 victory over Vancouver. Canucks are 1-5 in November.

Red Wing Valtteri Filppula and Canuck Henrik Sedin traded second period goals. Sedin's power-play marker halted Detroit goaltender Dominik Hasek's personal-best shutout streak at 181 minutes and 17 seconds.

Henrik Zetterberg's go-ahead goal at 1:28 of the third was equalized 30 seconds later by Canuck Kevin Bieksa. Trevor Linden registered his 400th assist and 700th point as a Canuck. Johan Franzen's shorthanded goal at 6:19 of the third proved to be the winner.

Canucks host St. Louis Blues Friday in the fifth game of a sixgame homestand (7 p.m. Team 1040/Sportsnet).
