It's not known whether the Aquilini brothers had buyers' remorse after their Vancouver Canucks lost 6-0 to the Anaheim Ducks last night.

Thousands of Vancouver fans certainly regretted paying big bucks for their tickets.

General Motors Place was two-thirds empty before the final horn. Those who did stay booed the Canucks off the ice.

Canucks' goaltender Roberto Luongo was pulled in the second period after facing just nine shots. Goals by Shane O'Brien, Chris Kunitz and Samuel Pahlsson drove the highest paid netminder in the National Hockey League out of the game.

Backup Dany Sabourin was inserted at 5:33 of the second period and didn't fare much better in his home debut.

He allowed three more goals, including a third period pair by Ryan Getzlaf. Jean-Sebastien Giguere stopped 20 shots in his second shutout for the Western conference leaders.

Canucks host the Calgary Flames tomorrow at 7 p.m. (Team 1040/CBC).
