The New Jersey Devils picked up forward Matt D’Agostini on Friday in a deal with the St. Louis Blues for a conditional draft pick in 2015.
D’Agostini has one goal this season, playing 12 minutes per game, after scoring 21 two years ago and eight last season. In 254 career regular-season games, D’Agostini has 45 goals, 46 assists and 115 penalty minutes.
D’Agostini becomes a restricted free agent after this season and the Blues’ compensatory draft pick depends on whether or not the Devils sign or qualify him.
