CALGARY - The Calgary Flames are bringing back tough guy Brian McGrattan.

The Flames re-acquired McGrattan in Thursday's swap with the Nashville Predators, with minor-league defenceman Joe Piskula going the opposite direction in the deal.

Although McGrattan has been assigned to the Flames' AHL affiliate in Abbotsford, TSN's Bob McKenzie reported the 31-year-old pugilist will stop in Calgary for medical tests and is likely to be added to the big-league roster as soon as Flames GM Jay Feaster can clear a spot for him.

“wanna thank the nashville predators and all the fans for everything and cant wait to put the flaming C back on!!!!” McGrattan wrote on his Twitter account.

Would Seattle be a good city for the NHL to relocate to?
Yes, it'd be a great market.
  Maybe, who knows.
No, they should go to Quebec instead.
