PHILADELPHIA - The Philadelphia Flyers traded right wing Kris Versteeg to the Florida Panthers on Friday for a pair of draft picks.

The Panthers will send a second round pick in either 2012 or '13, plus a third round selection in 2012.

Versteeg, 25, scored seven goals and had 11 points in 27 games for the Flyers after he was acquired for two draft picks from Toronto in a February trade. He scored one goal with five assists in 11 playoff games.

In 250 career games with the Blackhawks, Maple Leafs and Flyers, he has 65 goals and 147 points.
