Tyler Bozak is on fire.

James van Riemsdyk, by the day, is making the Philadelphia Flyers look more foolish for getting just defenceman Luke Schenn in the one-for-one trade with the Maple Leafs in June 2012.

Phil Kessel has a goal and six assists in his past three games and contributed three helpers on Tuesday night in Boston, a city where Kessel did nothing in a Leafs uniform but wilt until the Stanley Cup playoffs last spring.

So, yes, the top line is getting it done.

But as has been the constant in so many Leafs victories this season, there was Jonathan Bernier calmly making 38 saves in a 4-3 win against the Bruins at the TD Garden.

Bernier didn’t have to be amazing, but again he was solid. Throw out a couple of shoddy starts in early January against the New York Rangers and New York Islanders, and Bernier has been excellent for the past month.
