TORONTO - If Nazem Kadri wants to be the centre of attention in Toronto, his audition with the big boys on the top line is the perfect stage for him to strut his stuff.

With Tyler Bozak out of the Maple Leafs lineup yet again, coach Randy Carlyle pulled the plug on the James van Riemsdyk-at-centre experiment and plopped Kadri between Phil Kessel and JVR.

Buoyed by the incredible goaltending of Jonathan Bernier and the two goals off the stick of Kadri, the Maple Leafs posted a victory for the first time in six outings with a 3-2 overtime win over the Dallas Stars at the Air Canada Centre on Thursday night.
