TORONTO - There is no place to hide in the Stanley Cup playoffs.

Just who you are and what you are is there and magnified for everyone to see.

There are no secrets. There are mostly revelations.

And after three very different playoff games, and a one-game Bruins lead, this much is clear: The eight different men Randy Carlyle has utilized on the Maple Leafs' defence through nine periods of this playoff series aren't good enough to succeed with in the long term.
