TORONTO - The Maple Leafs aren't used to being in the playoffs, and Ticketmaster showed they weren't prepared for it either.

A limited number of tickets were to go on sale Thursday at 10 a.m. but a snafu delayed the start — much to the further frustration of Leafs fans.

Those who signed up at mapleleafs.com prior to the sale were supposed to have a chance to purchase the tickets through Ticketmaster but something went wrong, leading the hockey club to tweet around 15 minutes later, “We are aware of the issues with the playoff on-sale and are working to get it resolved ASAP.”

Around 11:15 a.m., Ticketmaster.ca took the blame: “We apologize, the error has now been corrected. Please follow emailed links to select your games.”
