One game back, John-Michael Liles already getting awards

A day after his 12-game sentence as a healthy scratch came to an end, John-Michael Liles was showered with kudos.

When he stepped off the ice after the Maple Leafs' mid-day practice on Friday, Liles was informed that he had made the second team of the Central Collegiate Hockey Association's all-time team list. Liles, who played at Michigan State from 1999 to 2003, was named to the second team alongside defenceman Ken Morrow, goalie Mike Liut and forwards Nelson Emerson, Jim Dowd and Bill Joyce.
