Leafs GM in no hurry to deal UFAs
By MIKE ZEISBERGER, QMI Agency

Maple Leafs general manager Dave Nonis is perfectly satisfied playing the waiting game with pending unrestricted free agents Tyler Bozak and Clarke MacArthur.

Neither player is likely to receive a contract extension in the next month, although that could change.

Nor is Nonis going to ship either player out by the April 3 trade deadline just because their respective deals run out this summer.

Nonis is open to moving both players, as he is with many of the components on the Maple Leafs roster. In order for that to happen, however, the motivation would come because of an overwhelming offer, not because of a player’s expiring contract status.

Would Patrick Roy make a good coach for the Colorado Avalanche?
  Yes, he's perfect
  No, he's not ready
  Bring him to Montreal!
