TORONTO - Fifteen victories and 30 points for the Maple Leafs.

And no, it’s not the end of the abbreviated 2012-13 season, but just the halfway point.

The Leafs continued to prove they are serious about satisfying their playoff itch, beating the depleted Ottawa Senators 5-4 at the Air Canada Centre on Wednesday night.

The Leafs are 15-9 through 24 games of the 48-game schedule, and if they keep this up, Randy Carlyle will be in the running for the Jack Adams Award as NHL coach of the year.
