Toronto Maple Leafs know importance of homework
By TERRY KOSHAN, QMI Agency

Randy Carlyle doesn’t like discussing the Maple Leafs’ home record.

No big guess as to why that is — it’s not good.

The Leafs carry a 4-5 mark at the Air Canada Centre into Monday night’s visit against the New Jersey Devils. Toronto is the only National Hockey League team holding down a playoff spot that has as few as four home victories.

"We have to find a way to create the energy we have been able to create on the road," Carlyle said. "I don’t know if it is nervousness or whatever, but it’s one of those things we have to flush out."

Would Patrick Roy make a good coach for the Colorado Avalanche?
  Yes, he's perfect
  No, he's not ready
  Bring him to Montreal!
