Battle of Ontario set to heat up once again

TORONTO - The Battle of Ontario recommences Saturday, with each side missing some generals, lieutenants and shock troops.

But that just means a few more players untested in the Rideau ruckus will get their chance to experience one of the NHL’s most hotly contested series.

“I followed it, just as much as anyone else in Ontario,” said Ottawa native Mark Fraser, one of seven Leafs in line to play the Sens for the first time at the ACC. “It’s been a pretty big rivalry over the years, one that both teams carry a lot of pride in. It certainly fuels a lot of chit-chat between the two cities.”
