Rick Nash's secret will stay just that

BOSTON - Rick Nash has a message for all those Maple Leaf fans who wonder if he ever had aspirations of playing in Toronto.

Keep guessing.

“Ask me after I retire and maybe I’ll reveal all at that time,” he said coyly during an interview with the Toronto Sun.

Do we have to wait that long? Shouldn’t he at least be thinking about all those Rick Nash boosters in his native Brampton who would have liked nothing better than to see their homeboy decked out in Maple Leafs blue and white?

“It’s tough to say now,” Nash said when asked what the odds were of him at least having considered a move to the Leafs. “The only thing that matters now is that I’m in the place where I want to be.”
