Balanced attack a must for Maple Leafs
Second and third lines have to step up to free up Kessel-Lupul-Bozak trio
By STEVE BUFFERY, QMI Agency

Phil Kessel warms up prior to last night's Leafs-Habs game in Montreal. Some increased production from his teammates would take scoring pressure off Kessel. (MARTIN CHEVALIER/QMI AGENCY)

One gets the feeling that Maple Leafs sniper Phil Kessel would rather crawl through a pit of poisonous snakes than face a media scrum.

He’s a shy guy who happens to be one of the most explosive scorers in the NHL, playing in one of the world’s biggest hockey markets, with a huge media following.
