HEYDER

The Leafs had 58 shots on Dwayne Roloson in regulation, three shy of the modern-day club record they recorded in an 8-0 win over Detroit in February 1976. The Leafs added three more shots in overtime last night. The last time the Leafs had more than 50 shots in a game was March 11, 2008, a 4-3 overtime win over the Flyers when they had 55. Last night was the seventh consecutive game in which Toronto had 30 or more shots.

20-20 VISION

The Leafs' first-period blitz of 20 shots was a season high, but Dwayne Roloson was in perfect position every time. Vesa Toskala had half the workload, but the only breakaway, stopping Richard Park on a short-handed rush.
